This privacy notice is issued on behalf of Essential Pharma Limited, 8A Crabtree Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 8RN, United Kingdom, company number 07514667, which is part of the Essential Pharma group of companies. When we use the terms "Essential Pharma", "we", "us” or “our" in this Privacy Notice, we are referring to the company that is responsible for processing your Personal Information. In this capacity we are a data "Controller", which means we are responsible for determining how we hold and use Personal Information about you.

Personal Information is information that can be used to identify you or another living person, for example your name, birth date, e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number.

We only collect and process your Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws.

We receive Personal Information directly from you when you access our Website and when you voluntarily complete and submit the form in the Contact Us section.

We process the contact details you provide directly to us such as your name and your email address or telephone number when you consent to us doing so via our Website. Your consent allows us to communicate with you and respond to your query appropriately.

Each time you visit our Website we may also automatically collect information and personal data about your computer for system administration including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type. We do this to help us identify returning visitors, enable visitors to move more easily around our Website, and to assist in building up an anonymous profile based on visitor’s browsing patterns across the sites. You do not have to provide your personal data to us. However, if you fail to provide certain information when requested, we will not be able to contact you to respond to your query.

We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your Personal Information within the Essential Pharma group to allow administrators, and other selected staff to perform their respective functions and respond to your initial query or any subsequent queries appropriately.

Your Personal Information may also be transferred to third parties who act for or on our behalf, for further processing in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the data were originally collected (stated above) or may otherwise be lawfully processed.

• pharmacovigilance and medical queries handling services;
• our professional advisers, such as our accounting and legal advisers, where they require that information to provide advice to us (or to provide information to public bodies who administer tax and social security, or any other regulatory authority, on our behalf);
• providers of consulting services in the field of web-design and software;
• data security, website hosting, cloud hosting, storage solutions, software as a service (SaaS) and other IT services;

We don’t routinely transfer your Personal Information overseas and where we do need to transfer your data outside of the UK, Switzerland or the EEA, we will ensure that the appropriate safeguards are in place. We take the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or deletion.
